The International Confex Global Event Tech Summit 2026 is on the lookout for two event tech startups to demo their product live to a room of senior event professionals, and it won’t cost you a thing.

We’re inviting early-stage event tech companies (founded or new products created from 2023 onwards) to apply for one of two complimentary sponsorship packages, giving you the chance to showcase your product directly to the decision-makers who matter most.

Successful applicants will attend the Summit on 9 July 2026 in London and take part in dedicated pitch, where you’ll demo your product in an intimate, high-value setting.
