UK-based exhibitor and sponsorship management platform FFAIR, and Jonas Event Technology, a provider of event registration solutions, have upgraded their integration partnership so that it now delivers real-time data synchronisation, automated record matching and one-click exhibitor access across both platforms.
The two companies first partnered in 2023, connecting Jonas Event Technology’s registration software with FFAIR’s online exhibitor manual and e-commerce platform via single sign-on functionality.
Building on that initial integration, both teams have worked closely to address the event tech ops and marketing pain points felt by many event organisers such as disconnected systems, duplicate data entry and the administrative overhead of managing exhibitor information across multiple platforms.
The enhanced integration means exhibitor profiles and stand changes made within FFAIR now sync to Jonas Event Technology automatically and in real time. The new integration also now intelligently matches accounts across both platforms meaning that if an organiser updates a company name or reassigns a stand number in FFAIR, the corresponding Jonas Event Technology record updates automatically.
Matthew Rogers, commercial director at Jonas Event Technology said: “This upgrade is the result of both teams listening carefully to what organisers and exhibitors actually need – to build an event tech stack that suits their event and their customers.”
Adam Jones, CEO of FFAIR, added: “The original partnership with Jonas Event Technology showed clearly that event professionals want integrated technology that genuinely talks to each other, not platforms that require a workaround at every turn. This upgrade means that, from onboarding through to on-site registration, organiser and exhibitor data flows exactly as it should.”
FFAIR is the brainchild of Adam Jones, the creator of Showplans, which was later acquired by Freeman.
