FIRST Riches and testament
Mark Riches, co-founder and non-executive director of FIRST, has left the agency after 23 years. Riches will continue to support FIRST’s growth from the sidelines, as the company approaches its 25th anniversary.
In a statement, he said: “It has been an amazing FIRST journey, and this has only been possible with the support of our clients. It feels like a good time to step aside, as I leave an extremely strong business with a clear focus on the needs of our clients.”
The ITE Group’s fashion portfolio has announced the appointment of Adam Gough as the new event director for fashion trade shows Jacket Required and Moda.
Gough started his career in fashion at Diesel before joining Pure London to guide the show’s transformation into a festival of fashion, while managing the footwear and accessories section and heading up Pure Man.

Mitra Esmizadeh has started a new position as UK director for agency William Morris Endeavor. She was previously UK sales director.
Building a strong career
Sarah Whittaker has moved into a new role as chief marketing officer at BRICKLIVE GROUP, which stages Lego branded events worldwide. She was previously head of event sales, marketing and content for Player1 Events, organisers of gaming events including Insomnia Gaming Festival.
Let there be Lauren
Lauren McKenzie has joined Church House Westminster as event coordinator. The new appointment brings the total number of event coordinators in the Westminster venue’s events office to six. McKenzie replaces Katie Housego, who is leaving Church House to go travelling to Australia for two years.
