Martyn’s Law has progressed through its second reading in the House of Lords and will now undergo scrutiny at the Committee stage.  The Bill, named in memory of Martyn Hett, a victim of the Manchester Arena attack in 2017, will introduce new safety responsibilities for venues and public event spaces across the UK.
