Despite adverse weather cause by Storm Emma and the ‘Beast from the East’, Broadway Events, organiser of Childcare Expo London, has hailed the event as a success and commended its ‘determined and eager visitors’. Visitors to the show were greeted at the front door by entertainer and children’s television presenter Dave Benson Phillips, who was accompanied by a pea, a bear and a pink giraffe to complete his crew as he announced the show was open.
