UK-based companies The Assembly and Engage Works have set up enso, an online event platform described as the “first commerce driven, experience-led virtual event ecosystem”.
The hybrid platform aims to mirror a real life event by allowing members to explore its 3D virtual world while engaging in conversation and attending interactive exhibits, seminars and collaborative workshops.
It is designed for networking, collaboration, commercialisation, and analytics and its 3D space offers full scale exhibitions with built in commerce and an unlimited number of attendees.
Enso allows for customisation with templated environments and can also be integrated with external applications such as Zoom, Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Facebook and Shopify.
Targeted at corporations looking for ways to engage with their clients and team members, the platform aims to be “more Minecraft than Microsoft Teams, more Skyrim than Skype, more Halo than Hangouts.”
