Tarsus has sold its majority stake in French exhibition Modamont SAS to joint venture (JV) partner Premiere Vision for €6.1m (£5.23m). Modamont is a biannual exhibition for the fashion accessories market and runs every February and September at the Paris Nord Villepinte.
