On 4-6 September more than 11,000 fans of fine food and drink arrived at Olympia for the 2016 edition of the Speciality & Fine Food Fair. There were 856 exhibitors at the fair, including purveyors of fine chocolate, award-winning wine and vegan and gluten-free options.
