Event production specialist Smyle has acquired event and communications agency Pumphouse Productions. Pumphouse Productions is a £2m turnover business and will remain as an independent company following the deal. Pumphouse founder and MD Nick Eve and his core team will continue to manage and provide event services for its clients.
