Exhibition organiser Toby Wand has announced the acquisition of Scotland’s ScotHot and Northern Ireland’s IFEX exhibitions via 365 Events Ltd – a company co-owned by Wand (pictured below) and events specialist, Billie Moore – from London-based Montgomery Group.
