Outdoor expo sells 6,500 tickets in three days

by Saul Leese

The National Outdoor Expo has sold over 6,500 tickets since they were launched Thursday evening, 4 June.

Raccoon, MD, Mike Seaman, said: “We launched the sale of visitor tickets on Thursday night and by Monday morning we had over 6,500 registrations. It is great to see such a positive reaction from consumers in the current climate, and is a testament to their desire to once again be able to attend large scale exhibitions and events.”

The show features a rope walk, climbing experience, zip line and outdoor skills theatre, as well as talks and the latest gear to buy. The show will have six key areas: walking, climbing, eating outdoors, camping, family excursions and running.

The organiser has also secured endorsement from writer and adventurer Ben Fogle, sportsman, athlete and adventurer James Cracknell OBE, and adventurer and endurance runner Susie Chan.

Raccoon has also signed brands including Ordnance Survey, Adidas TERREX, Ellis Brigham, HOKA One One, Grangers and Vibram. Raccoon Event’s latest show launches at The NEC on 27-28 March 2021
