NürnbergMesse has acquired the remaining 50% of event and exhibition catering subsidiary business Lehrieder it did not already own in a deal effective 1 January 2021. Full details of the acquisition were not released.
Lehrieder Catering-Party-Service GmbH & Co. KG and Lehrieder Verwaltungs GmbH comes under 100%
