More than 18,000 visitors (unaudited) attended Cake International – The Sugarcraft, Cake Decorating & Baking Show at EventCity, Manchester, 8-10 March. Celebrity chefs Mary Berry, Simon Rimmer, cake decorator Mich Turner, and the Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite, proved popular draws in The Bakery Theatre and in a Q+A session.
