The organiser of a new catering and hospitality tradeshow in Carlisle this April is confident of selling all stand space after reaching two-thirds capacity.
The first Cumbria and South Scotland Hotel Catering and Hospitality Expo will be held at the Sands Centre from 13 to 14 April. The free exhibition is being organised by the Blackpool-based Consortium of Events and Tourism.
