Informa Markets recently announced its partnership with data intelligence company, Collibra, to help Informa’s 550 brands ‘realise strategic value from their data’ and ‘develop opportunities for business growth through face-to-face exhibitions, specialist content and actionable data solutions’.
Due to its growth through acquisition, Informa Markets gathered ‘disparate and disconnected’ information, with different names for metrics, tools and systems across the organisation. Due to this issue, Informa Markets felt it needed a system to understand and define the variances in order to fully leverage the power of its data for its customers.
