Craft and hobby show organiser ICHF has announced plans introduce a new edition of its Cake International exhibition in London in 2012. The debut Cake Decorating and Baking Show will be held from 27 to 29 April 2012 at Excel. The decision to bring the brand to the capital city follows the success of the show at The NEC from 9 to 11 November this year, ICHF show director Simon Burns said.
