The organiser of The Hotel & Catering Show is targeting 2,500 attendees for the 2014 show with more than 120 exhibitors expected at the Bournemouth International Centre event.
This year’s event will take place on 11-12 March 2014, with 16-18 March already confirmed for the 2015 show.
