The Northern edition of regional car mechanics’ event MechanEx 2011 saw visitor numbers increase as a result of moving from Doncaster Racecourse to the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate.
According to Laura Scott, sales manager for show organiser Hamerville Magazines, MechanEx 2011 brought 1,051 visitors, approximately 35 per cent up on the Doncaster event last year.
