Grey Street Hotel in Newcastle has completed an 18-month phased refurbishment. Its owner, the Malhotra Group plc, invested £1.2m in the renovation. The Grade II-listed building now has the capacity to accommodate corporate, leisure and spa visitors alike. The hotel, which retains a number of historically features such as art nouveau tiling and mosaic flooring, remained open throughout the development.
