GES have announced the appointment of Nick Savage as EMEA sales director for its event intelligence product suite, Visit by GES.
Savage will be joining from UFI, where he was the regional manager for the Middle East and Africa. As EMEA sales director, he will be based in the UK, and will be working with group commercial director Matt Coyne.
Savage has more than 15 years of industry experience, and has held managerial positions for both the Dubai World Trade Centre and Info Salons Group.
Savage said: “Having worked across the international events industry for a number of years, I am excited to be joining Visit by GES at this important time. Data intelligence is vital in helping organisers maximise return for their exhibitors and build their event brands. Visit is at the centre of this opportunity.”
Coyne added: “Nick is going to be a great asset to the team; he knows the industry so well and his experience means he has real insight into what’s required when it comes to the ever-changing needs of the exhibition world. He will help us lead the way as we continue to grow our event intelligence business globally.”
