Truckfest, Europe’s largest truck festival, will be returning to the East of England Arena and Events Centre (EEAEC) for the 37th consecutive year.
The festival routinely attracts those within the heavy goods vehicle sector, from owner-drivers to international haulage companies, in addition to trucking enthusiasts, who enjoy a weekend of truck-related entertainment.
The show hosts a number of exhibitors including industry brands such as Mercedes Benz, Scania, DAF, Volvo and Renault, which display the newest vehicles and engage with those at the show.
The event also includes Concours competitions and more than 2500 unique show trucks displayed across the 250-acre site. The event also includes a variety of family-friendly activities, from funfair rides to dancing digger displays, in addition to a programme of live and musical entertainment in the evening for visitors that camp on-site.
Creator and organiser of Truckfest, Colin Ward, said: “Visitors to Truckfest are not just operators, drivers and fleet managers, or even truckers and their families, but also the general public who see and enjoy Truckfest as the great spring day out.”
Venue director of the EEAEC, Jason Lunn, said: “It’s always a pleasure to welcome Truckfest back to our venue. It’s an outstanding event with a long history and a real festival atmosphere, we’re all looking forward to making it another memorable year.”
Truckfest will take place from 9-10 May 2020.
