Olympia Events, managed by Legends Global, has signed new multi-year agreements with three UK exhibitions: London Tech Week (pictured), Big Data LDN and Decorex.

The agreements extend the events’ relationships with Olympia following the venue’s redevelopment programme. Organisers cited factors including event infrastructure, transport links, hotel capacity and space for future growth in their decisions to renew.

Together, the three exhibitions attract more than 60,000 attendees annually across the technology, AI and design sectors.

London Tech Week has signed a three-year agreement. The event moved to Olympia in 2024 and welcomed 35,000 delegates in 2026. Organisers said the event featured more than 700 speakers and over 250 exhibitors and sponsors this year. Future editions in 2027 and 2028 are expected to expand into Olympia’s International Convention Centre (ICC). London Tech Week VP Randel Bryan said “having a home where we can build a long-term identity and community is incredibly important.”

Big Data LDN has also agreed a three-year extension. The shows event director Andy Steed said Big Data LDN has always been “synonymous” with Olympia and also cited how the venue’s £1.3bn regeneration provides more opportunities for the show. The event has been held at Olympia since its launch in 2016 and has expanded across multiple spaces within the venue as attendance has grown. It currently occupies both the Grand Hall and National Hall.

Decorex has renewed its agreement for a further two years. The interiors exhibition has been based at Olympia since 2019 and expanded into both the Grand Hall and National Hall in 2023.

The renewals come as Olympia continues work on its wider redevelopment, which includes hotels, restaurants, office space, entertainment venues and public areas designed to support events and visitor activity.
