Earls Court and Olympia owner Capital and Counties has signed an exclusivity agreement with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham around redevelopment of the Earls Court site. According to a CapCo statement, the one-year agreement gives both sides exclusivity on discussions to develop the Borough’s land within the 77-acre Earls Court Opportunity Area (ECOA) Masterplan.
