Fans of the Great British Bake Off (GBBO)are gearing up to see the 2015 finalists Nadiya, Ian and Tamal recreate their most memorable bakes, as The Cake & Bake Show opens today (30 October) in Edinburgh.
Around 18,000 visitors are expected to attend the Media 10 show, held at the Royal Highland Centre until 1 November.
Nadiya Hussain, winner of the Great British Bake Off 2015 said: “It’s been a whirlwind since I won, and my adventure has only just begun. I am truly grateful for how supportive everyone has been, and now I am looking forward to the Cake & Bake Show.”
Visitors will also get to see favourite bakers from the past, including Flora Shedden, Ugne Aleksejenko and Marie Campbell Jo Wheatley, John Whaite and Norman Calder.

The Cake & Bake Show also features demonstrations from celebrity ambassadors including winner of Celeb Masterchef Lisa Faulkner (pictured); master pâtissier Eric Lanlard, Coronation Street star and Celeb Masterchef finalist Wendi Peters, Aaron Craze of Saturday Cookbook, celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager and TV foodie Gregg Wallace.
Following the Edinburgh edition, The Cake & Bake Show will head to Manchester’s EventCity on 12-15 November.
