Arena Group has bought Karl’s Event Services, a US-based US$40m (£26.5m) company which works with clients including NFL Super Bowl, Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week and PGA and NASCAR events. The acquisition of the company extends the group’s global network beyond its existing bases in the UK, mainland Europe, UAE and Far East territories.
