A new system allowing exhibitors to know the location of their architecture and collateral and what may require replenishing has been launched by design consultancy Amber and Green.
LiveEventTracker will be offered to Amber and Green’s clients as an online means of managing their domestic or international events schedule. Items tracked by the system could include large display systems, literature, corporate gifts and company pens.
The system provides monthly management reports, 24-hour monitored secure storage, on-site delivery and prevents double bookings.
“Client companies have a great deal of capital invested in their live event material and collateral assets, and we believe that LiveEventTracker will help them maximise the return on that investment, while relieving them of the day-to-day logistical management that can be so time-consuming,” said Amber and Green creative director Steve Hill.
