Easyfairs UK has bought the right, title and interest including brands, websites and data from the liquidator of Nationwide Publishing for an undisclosed sum.
Business North West, scheduled to take place at Manchester Central in October and Business Midlands, planned for November at the Ricoh Arena, are both likely to be postponed and rescheduled for May 2011.
