AMERICAS – Brazilian health event Vitafoods South America is doubling in size for its next edition, according to organiser Informa. The increase, which Informa claims reflects the growing market for functional food, drink and nutraceutical ingredients in the region, follows the show’s gearing towards development in the functional ingredients sector.
