Website www.flashesandflames.com has reported US-based Northstar Travel Group is in the frame to acquire three Centaur Media’s UK exhibitions – The Business Travel Show, Meetings Show, and Travel Technology Europe.
The exhibitions are part of the portfolio Centaur is keen to dispose of and the report predicts a likely price range of £15-20m.
