USA – United Business Media (UBM) has acquired DesignCon, an exhibition and conference for the electronic design and semiconductor industry.
UBM will pay $1.4m for the four-day event, which is to be held at the Santa Clara Convention Centre in California. This follows a trend of new technology expos to be hosted by UBM, including virtual exhibition Comdex and the E-Commerce Expo....
