The Service Desk & IT Support Show (SITS) welcomed 3,122 visitors to new home ExCeL London for its 25th edition on 1-2 May.
The event included 75 specialist vendors, integrators, consultancies and service providers, 60 educational seminars in three theatres, eight expert-led keynotes and 24 roundtable discussions.
“I couldn’t be any happier to see SITS deliver a mind-blowing 2019 show,” commented event director Alice Fulton, from organiser Diversified Communications. “The ITSM world supported the event and followed us to our new home at the beautiful ExCeL London with optimistic energy. The venue was perfect, and the atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish. It really was an exceptional year and the feedback has been outstanding.

The idea of ‘Gamification’ became a central conversation throughout the show, with talks from Sanjeev NC from Freshworks and Sabrina Bruehwiler from Team Octalysis, who provided references from Yukai Chou’s Octalysis framework, covering ‘8 Core Drives of Human Motivation’, and how to use them to supercharge IT support teams.
SITS20 will take place at ExCeL London on 13-14 May.
