RuPaul’s Drag Race: Werq The World, the biggest drag show globally, will be returning to European arenas, including the SSE Hydro, Glasgow.
The 2020 extravaganza will be debuting at Europe’s largest arenas with ‘production value rivalling any major pop concert – a first for any drag production’.
The fourth iteration of the tour in the UK and Europe, the 2020 tour will focus on time travel. An experiment gone wrong sends Drag Race judge and Strictly Come Dancing star Michelle Visage flying through time, with no way of getting back to the present. It is up to Asia O’hara, Detox, Kameron Michaels, Kim Chi, Monet X Change, Plastique Tiara, Shea Coulee, Vanessa ‘Vanjie’ Mateo, Yvie Oddly and the soon to be announced Season 1 Winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, to journey through iconic periods of history as they try to make their way back to the present day.
Tickets for the SSE Hydro performance will be available from 10am, 8 November at www.thessehydro.com.
