MIDDLE EAST – Crime prevention may have been the focus of the latest United Nations congress held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), but it was a cleaner who proved to be the venue’s real crime fighter.
Cleaner Andnet Zelekew found two diamond rings, worth about QR470,000 (USD$129,000), in a center bathroom last month.
Zelekew handed the rings in and the glittering gems were reunited with their grateful owner.
