UAE technology company, Powerscore L.L.C-FZ has completed the first US deployment of its Event Powerscore Index, in the process extending the platform to four international markets.

The US deployment, delivered with event services provider Shepard, follows recent Powerscore deployments with Index Holding in the UAE, Connect Through Us in Oman, and dmg events at Big 5 Nigeria in Lagos.

Powerscore has delivered the same framework for understanding show performance across four very different event markets and audiences and says its first organiser clients are now moving beyond initial deployments and committing the platform across their portfolios. Connect Through Us has booked Powerscore for all of its shows in 2027, while Index Holding has also confirmed its portfolio for next year, the company says.

Powerscore views the commitments as early evidence of a shift in how exhibition businesses are looking at performance. While organisers have traditionally relied on a combination of registration numbers, rebooking performance, survey data and individual team experience, Powerscore says it provides a common measurement framework that gives a much clearer picture of how an event is really performing.

Ashley Roberts, managing director, Connect Through Us, said: “What appealed to us was being able to understand every one of our shows through the same lens. It gives us something we haven’t had before: a consistent way to compare performance, understand what is driving the experience for our customers and identify where we can make each event stronger. Having seen it working, bringing Powerscore into our full 2027 programme was a very easy decision.”

Sophie Dudicourt, executive director, Index Holding, said: “Individual event results are valuable, but the bigger opportunity is being able to step back and understand performance across a portfolio. Powerscore gives us that common framework. We can see where shows are performing strongly, where there are opportunities to improve and, importantly, compare them on a genuinely like-for-like basis. That is why we have committed to using it across our portfolio in 2027.”

Wilbert Heijmans, co-founder and CEO, Powerscore, believes the market is ready for a fresh view of how events are measured. “Organisers want to understand what is really happening at their shows, why it is happening and what they should do next.”
