Tickets are now on sale for the first Ideal Home Show in Birmingham, which takes place at the NEC from 10-13 June 2027.
Organiser Media 10 announced the Midlands launch last September, when it said it expected the first edition to attract more than 50,000 visitors. The show, which was first held in 1908, has previously taken place in London and Glasgow.
Standard tickets start at £14.70, while VIP tickets, from £51.70, include access to a lounge where visitors can take a break and leave their shopping.
Three stages and a Town Square
Talks, demonstrations and workshops will run across three stages – the Main Stage, the Clean Home & Clean Living Stage and the BBQ Academy, which was one of the new features at this year’s London show. Celebrity speakers will be announced nearer the time.
The show floor will be split into sections covering everything from gardens and interiors to home improvement and food and drink. A Town Square area will have a bandstand, an ice cream van, a Pimm’s van and deckchairs.
Ben Corbett, event director at Ideal Home Show Birmingham, said: “Our visitors have been asking for a Midlands show for a long time, and we’ll be bringing the full force of our celebrity involvement, exclusive shopping and insightful talks and workshops with us.”
Four days in Birmingham, 10 in London
The Birmingham edition will run for four days. This year’s London show at Olympia ran for 10 days in April, with more than 600 brands taking part, and Media 10 managing director Rob Nathan said afterwards that the new 10-day format had “proved an instant success”.
The Ideal Home Show was also named best consumer show at the 2025 EN Awards.
