The East of England Arena and Events Centre, located in Peterborough, has confirmed that the CropTec Show, an exhibition for growers, agronomists, suppliers and scientists in to the arable farming industry, will be return to the venue on 28-29 November 2019 for a seventh time.
The show, organised by AgriBriefing, is aimed at progressive farmers and agronomists from across the UK seeking the latest technical and business solutions.
The two-day event will host more than 170 exhibitors, demonstrating technology and the latest crop science as well as a wide range of supporting products and services.
Content at 2019’s event covers four key areas. It will include some of the best speakers in the industry coming together to share their insights and research in this comprehensive technical seminar programme.
Steve Howe, CropTec’s development director, commented: “Farmers are managing long-term businesses and, by definition that requires understanding what the future might have in store, and finding ways to adapt to change. And there’s no better place to discover some of the answers to those questions than at CropTec.”
Jason Lunn, venue director, welcomed the return of the annual show, saying: “The CropTec Show is an immensely well-organised and varied show, that makes full use of our extensive facilities indoors and out. With its long-standing agricultural connections, and in a region dominated by arable farming, I believe East of England Arena is the perfect venue for this important event in the agribusiness calendar.”
