Italian Exhibition Group to evaluate merger with Bologna Fiere19th June 2020 | published by EW SHARE
The Board of Directors of leading tradefair organiser Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. (IEG), has announced an official interest in “evaluating an integration transaction” with the Bologna Fiere Group.
The Chairman and CEO have been given a mandate to investigate the feasibility of such a transaction.
