The Italian Exhibition Group has said it is “ready to take off again”, as it plans a handful of events for 2021. SIGEP, the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry and Bakery, and Coffee World, will launch their “Road map to SIGEP 2022” with a digital event in March.
