US-based group hotel bookings platform HotelPlanner has acquired Australia-based online venue marketplace EventConnect.com.
EventConnect.com collects destinations, hotels and suppliers from across the Asia Pacific region in one marketplace, where they can showcase latest news and offers.
The deal was for an undisclosed seven figure amount.
