Future plc, an international media group and magazine publisher, is marking the 30th anniversary of its Homebuilding & Renovating brand with the of launch a programme of activities and new events in 2020.
In addition to the publication of a souvenir edition of Homebuilding & Renovating magazine in May 2020, four new Homebuilding & Renovating events will be taking place, supported by content on its online platform Homebuilding.co.uk, in addition to a special version of the Homebuilding & Renovating logo appearing on the cover of the magazine, website and on event signage throughout 2020.
The year of activity will begin in January with an expanded South East Homebuilding & Renovating Show at Farnborough before moving onto the NEC Birmingham for the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show in March, which will host two new launches; the Homebuilding & Renovating Awards, which aims to honour the UK self-build industry, and the Custom Build Summit; a B2B event designed to help builders, developers and architects to grow in the custom build market.
A third event launch will follow in September, with the debut of the Homebuilding & Renovating Roadshow at Chester Racecourse. This exclusive, single-day event will bring the Homebuilding & Renovating Show concept to the North West of England for the first time and is designed to inspire a new audience to build their own home.
The London Homebuilding & Renovating Show in late September will be the fourth and final event launch of the year, with The Future Home Show running concurrently at London ExCeL. Designed to help people navigate smart home tech, The Future Home Show will showcase smart home products and help consumers integrate them into their homes during the design and build stage of self-builds, renovation projects or interior remodelling.
