Future plc, an international media group and magazine publisher, is marking the 30th anniversary of its Homebuilding & Renovating brand with the of launch a programme of activities and new events in 2020.

In addition to the publication of a souvenir edition of Homebuilding & Renovating magazine in May 2020, four new Homebuilding & Renovating events will be taking place, supported by content on its online platform Homebuilding.co.uk, in addition to a special version of the Homebuilding & Renovating logo appearing on the cover of the magazine, website and on event signage throughout 2020.

The year of activity will begin in January with an expanded South East Homebuilding & Renovating Show at Farnborough before moving onto the NEC Birmingham for the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show in March, which will host two new launches; the Homebuilding & Renovating Awards, which aims to honour the UK self-build industry, and the Custom Build Summit; a B2B event designed to help builders, developers and architects to grow in the custom build market.

A third event launch will follow in September, with the debut of the Homebuilding & Renovating Roadshow at Chester Racecourse. This exclusive, single-day event will bring the Homebuilding & Renovating Show concept to the North West of England for the first time and is designed to inspire a new audience to build their own home.
