HairCon’s 2026 edition opens on Saturday 13 June at O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester with an invitation-only evening event, before opening its doors to the wider industry for a trade show proper on 14-15 June.
The opening night runs from 6pm to 11pm. It features a series of live creative showcases from brands including Schwarzkopf Professional, Paul Mitchell, Wella Professionals and MENSPIRE, alongside an appearance from fashion designer Charlie Le Mindu.
A centrepiece of the evening will be a tribute to the late hairdresser Trevor Sorbie. The showcase will cover his career, his influence on British hairdressing, and the charity he founded, mynewhair. It will include live performance, conversation and storytelling, with contributions from hairdressers who trained under him, including Eugene Souleiman, Angelo Seminara, Sally Brooks, Antoinette Beenders and Tom Connell. A further series of moments honouring Sorbie will run across the main two-day event.
The main show on 14-15 June is a trade event for hair and barbering professionals. It includes stage shows, brand experiences, panel discussions and demonstrations.
The show is powered by appointment and payments platform Fresha.
