Eventist Group acquires Corporate Events International

The Eventist Group, which contains brands in the hospitality, catering and events industry, have expanded their business further with their latest acquisition of Corporate Events International.

The Group has been growing over the last two years with Zafferno and Walled Garden Syon joining their group of brands, along with their recent acquisition of Corporate Events International.

Tim Stevens, managing director of Eventist Group, commented on the successful acquisition of Corporate Events International: “We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to bring CEI on board, a highly respected company with a fantastic and creative team of experts in their field. This is also a great opportunity for Eventist to further its offerings through incorporating new and exciting creative channels which complement our existing brand portfolio.”

Corporate Events International is an events and production house that works with many venues in the UK, delivering corporate, private and community events. A portfolio of 9 brands, the company works with both national and international organisations to create conferences that specialise in creating outdoor environments that aim to fully engage delegates and brands.

Eventist Group plan to revert CEI back to its former name, The Corporate Festival Company, although the brands themselves will not change, and the business will operate as an independent entity. There are no plans for any mergers within the Eventist Group’s existing brands, and all key teams within CEI/TCFC will remain unchanged. Continuing this, Sarah-Jane Williams continue leading CEI/TCFC as CEO, and the company itself will stay in its Farnham premises with the same team of experts as before.
