The Casual Dining Show have made their first announcement regarding the keynote speakers at their 2020 show. Those announced are James Spragg and Steve Holmes, the CEOs of Casual Dining Group (CDG) and Azzurri Group, and David Campbell, executive chairman at Bill’s Restaurants. A-list speakers for the event include Amber Wood, MD of The Cosy Club at Loungers; Laura Harper Hinton, owner and creative director of Caravan Restaurants (and investor on the BBC’s
