HONG KONG – Single Market Events’ Hong Kong-based joint venture Asian Art Fairs has sold a majority stake in its Art Hong Kong exhibition to a Swiss-based organiser. MCH Swiss Exhibition (Basel), a branch of MCH group and organiser of the Art Basel and Art Basel Miami Beach exhibitions, takes majority ownership from 1 July. Financial terms have not been disclosed....
