EUROPE – ITE Group has acquired Kiev-based exhibition organiser BeautexCo from BCI R&R for an undisclosed sum. Beautex runs two annual trade exhibitions for the professional beauty trade and cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry in the Ukraine.
