SOUTH AFRICA – Julie-May Ellingson has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of the International Convention Centre (ICC) Durban, effective from 1 April 2011. The announcement was made by Ms Mato Madlala, Chairman of the ICC Durban Board, following a drawn out process.
