London Build, one of the largest UK construction shows, has announced it is relocating to Excel London, becoming the third Nineteen Group event to make the switch inside 12 months.

Taking place from 25-26 November, the move is part of a wider growth strategy as the organisers look to build on the show’s continued success, in addition to taking advantage of Excel’s state-of- the-art facilities, infrastructure and connectivity.

Furthermore, this year’s show will be co-located with elementalLONDON – the UK’s dedicated event for connecting specifiers and suppliers to advance the efficiency of buildings.

London Build, which has been running at Olympia since 2015, attracts more than 25,000 attendees and 650 exhibitors.

Together with elementalLONDON, they now become the second and third shows produced by Nineteen Group to relocate to Excel.

In April 2025, Nineteen Group relocated its first event to Excel, the Retail Technology Show.

Mike Costain, group managing director at Nineteen Group, said: “In just a short time, London Build has become the UK’s largest and most influential construction show, acting as a networking hub for more than 25,000 industry professionals and decision-makers. However, as the show grows, so too must its eco-system and central to that is the venue.”

He added: “Excel have been able to support us with exactly these ambitions, just as we saw with the Retail Technology Show. The venue, facilities and transport links are world-class, as is their dedicated team, and it’s this support that allows us to realise our wider expansion goals.”

Nick Coffey, head of exhibition business development at Excel, added: “It’s an honour for Excel to add a high-profile show like London Build to its event portfolio and we’re looking forward to welcoming the team later in the year. London Build is in fact one of 23 shows that are either relocating or launching at Excel in 2026, which is testament to the growing appeal of the venue.”

London Build and elementatLondon take place at Excel London from 25-26 November 2026.
