WTM London 2025 welcomed over 5,500 delegates from leading travel organisations worldwide alongside a record 46,500 attendees making it the biggest in WTM London’s history.

Held at Excel London from 4-6 November, the event expanded by 25% from last year’s show.

The event also recorded over 40,000 pre-scheduled meetings, projected to generate more than £2.2 billion in business deals, according to WTM.

The WTM Global Travel Report, released on day one, highlighted that the global travel industry is expected to grow faster than the world economy, with total GDP contribution exceeding US$16 trillion by 2035. Discussions at the 19th WTM Ministers’ Summit emphasised public-private funding, airport infrastructure, and targeted skills development as key to sustainable growth in tourism.

WTM TrendFest, a new experiential travel zone, hosted the opening WTM Networking Party and featured culinary and cultural performances. The zone saw a 31% increase in exhibitors offering experiential travel products compared to 2024.

Chris Carter-Chapman, WTM London event director, said: “WTM London 2025 has set a new benchmark for the global travel industry. With record attendance, growth in qualified buyers, and over 40,000 pre-scheduled meetings generating £2.2 billion in business deals, the event has demonstrated the power of connection. Our new WTM TrendFest offered immersive experiences and innovations shaping the future of travel, providing a platform for visitors and exhibitors to engage directly with emerging trends.”
