New catering manager at NEC The NEC has appointed a new catering general manager through event and venue caterer Amadeus. Kane Bridgman (pictured above) is a specialist in retail catering who has worked with brands as wide-ranging as Premier League football clubs, Merlin Entertainments and Sainsburies.
