Vindustrious acquires London Wine Fair in management buyout6th November 2025 | published by Theo Reilly SHARE
London Wine Fair has been acquired by Vindustrious, a new company founded by event director Hannah Tovey.
The management buyout, completed on 31 October, transfers ownership from Hemming Group, which launched the show in 1981. Vindustrious will retain all five members of the existing team, ensuring continuity ahead of the 2026 edition.
